Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories, hats, and custom pieces are final sale for hygiene and custom production reasons.

 

 

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your store credit code.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
